Grant Administrator, Research Programs

The Grant Administrator, Research Programs serves as the backbone of support for the Research team, managing all administrative aspects of awarded projects and incoming grant proposals. Grant Administrators play a crucial support role for Associate Directors in data processing and management as well as logistics leadership around meetings. Grant Administrators are also the primary contact points for grant applicants and awardees that have questions about our process and procedures.

Advancement Officer

Working as a member of a dynamic, fast-paced team, the Advancement Officer will be responsible for building and strengthening the Foundation’s presence through fundraising and community engagement efforts in specific U.S. territories. The Advancement Officer will report to and work in partnership with two Associate Directors of Advancement for their assigned territories, representing the Foundation as an on-the-ground ambassador when appropriate.

Associate Director, Research Operations

Within the research programs team, the Associate Director, Research Operations plays an important role in driving towards our organizational objectives. With involvement in most of the research programs activities, including proposal reviews, project development, strategic meetings, communication with advisory groups, contracting, and grant administration, the Associate Director, Research Operations serves as the project managers driving activities on the team. Associate Directors, Research Operations will work closely with their scientific counterparts and the Grant Administration team to evaluate the best processes for moving PD projects forward. These decisions may involve technology transfer, contracting, budgeting or administrative matters, among others. Finally, the Associate Director, Research Operations plays a crucial role in team priority projects, inserting strategic input and oversight.
