Mr. Brooks founded JMB Capital, an investment partnership based in Los Angeles, CA in April 2002. From December 1994 through December 2000, he was employed as Head Trader at Cerberus Capital Management, a firm that managed over $6 billion in capital, where he oversaw all trading responsibilities. Mr. Brooks received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1988 and his BS in Business Finance from the University of Southern California in 1985.
