W.N. “Bill” Wilkins
Roswell, Georgia

Bill Wilkins is owner and president of Wilkins Outdoor Network, Inc., and has been in the outdoor advertising industry for nearly 50 years. In fall 1997, Bill received the highest marketing award presented by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, the L. Ray Vahue Memorial Award. Bill also was inducted into the "Outdoor Advertising Hall of Fame.”

One year after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2006, Bill contacted The Michael J. Foundation and proposed the use of public service awareness opportunities in out-of-home media at no cost to the Foundation. Since then Bill has assisted with MJFF outreach efforts by running awareness plans on digital-based media as well as outdoor advertisement bulletins. He is also a member of Team Fox. In September 2008 he hosted the first “Polo for Parkinson’s” fundraiser, and in March 2009 sponsored a Wilkins Media Company/Team Fox team in the Atlanta Marathon.
