Sandy Drayton joined The Michael J. Fox Foundation in February 2008. Ms. Drayton came to the Foundation from the world of magazine publishing, where she spent 21 years at various Time Inc. titles. Her longest tenure was 13 years (1993-2006) at Entertainment Weekly, where she was responsible for all public relations activities, as well as television development, helping to build the brand from a relative newcomer in the field into one of the most quoted magazines in the industry. Prior to Entertainment Weekly, Ms. Drayton had a corporate communications role and also spent four years as PR Director at LIFE magazine. Most recently she ran communications for Women’s Health, Rodale’s newest title. 

Ms. Drayton holds a BA from Bowdoin College. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
