On Friday, April 13, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and the Parkinson's Disease Foundation will partner with the New Jersey Nets basketball team to raise funds for and awareness of Parkinson's disease. The Nets will take on the New York Knicks at 7:30 PM in this first-ever Parkinson's Awareness Night at Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Tickets for Parkinson's Awareness Night are now sold out, but if you are interested in purchasing tickets for an alternate Nets game on Wednesday, April 18th, $10 of your purchase will still benefit Parkinson's research. You can also help by participating in the online auction at the Nets' home page. Nets memorabilia as well as a signed copy of The "Back to the Future" DVD Trilogy will be available for bidding April 13 - 16.
