Some people with Parkinson's report that cannabis helps with certain symptoms. Despite its increasing use, there is a lack of research on cannabis in general, and specifically for Parkinson's, because of many outdated federal barriers.
An important bipartisan bill passed by the Senate could reduce these roadblocks for cannabis research. But the legislation to allow this research to continue is stalled in the House of Representatives.
Without Congressional action in 2022, this bill won't move forward. We need your help to let researchers continue studying cannabis as a potential option to improve Parkinson's symptoms. Please encourage your Representative to support this bill!
