Jennifer Rogich

Vice President • Human Resources


Jennifer leads the organization’s Human Resources function and ensures that the organization's practices are contemporary, meet regulatory standards and nonprofit best practices, and aligns the mission of MJFF and its strategic priority to become an “employer of choice.” She holds an integral position within the organization by setting direction for and managing all strategic and tactical aspects of the employee lifecycle and is a steward of the Foundation’s culture.

Jennifer is a well-rounded, business-focused Human Resources leader with broad and diverse experience working for Fortune 500 companies engaged in the financial services, professional services, and technology industries. She has unique experience providing strategic and operational leadership as a chief administrative officer. Jennifer has a proven background in global, matrixed, dynamic and start-up environments. She is highly effective in partnering with corporate leaders to influence and implement critical human resources and business transitions. Jennifer has developed strategies and teams to drive business outcomes by leveraging hiring, compensation, culture, diversity and inclusion, talent development, and succession planning. Her previous positions held include the following:

  • Managing Director & Divisional HR Leader, Marsh
  • Head of HR,
  • HR Business Partner, Capital One
  • Various HR Roles, Citibank

Jennifers has an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and BA in German from Hamline University.

She enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. Jennifer is a mother of two teenage children, a dog and three cats.
