Join Team Fox at the 2027 Boston Marathon

Make the most of your miles in the race to cure Parkinson’s disease by participating in the Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America!

Team Fox Athletes will receive a number of benefits upon joining. These include, but are not limited to guaranteed race entry, a complimentary Team Fox endurance jersey, and a personalized fundraising page.

Team Fox athletes must commit to a fundraising minimum for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research as a condition of joining. Athletes are invited to choose from the following options:

Guaranteed Race Entry ($15,000)

Need an entry? Team Fox has you covered. The fundraising minimum for the Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America is $15,000 to receive guaranteed entry to the 2027 race.

Bonus Athlete ($750)

Already have an entry to the Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America and want to support Team Fox? We invite you to join as a Bonus Athlete. We ask you to set a suggested $750 fundraising goal to earn all benefits of being a Team Fox athlete. Email [email protected] to join as a Bonus Athlete today.

FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By joining Team Fox for the 2027 Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America, you will be given guaranteed entry for the race of your choosing in exchange for raising a minimum of the amount listed above due no later than April 12, 2027. 30% of your commitment must be raised by January 5, 2027 to receive official race registration. You will be responsible for completing both Team Fox registration and race registration before all relevant deadlines.

CONFIRMATION OF TERMS

If selected for the team I understand I am responsible for all charges if I have not fulfilled my commitment amount by April 12, 2027. If I am not able to participate in the 2027 Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America due to injury or other circumstances, I will still be required to fulfill the total commitment amount by check(s) or credit card(s) by April 12, 2027. I understand I am responsible for claiming my guaranteed entry, and will pay all registration fees associated with my participation. I understand I am responsible for providing my credit card information electronically upon creation of my Team Fox fundraising page. I understand that I will be charged a $5 registration fee to securely store my credit card on file. I understand I am not on the team until officially notified by a member of the Team Fox staff.

STATEMENT OF INTENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I am solely responsible for my own health and safety. I represent and warrant that I am physically able to participate in the 2027 Boston Marathon presented by the Bank of America supported by The Michael J. Fox Foundation.

I agree, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, to not sue and to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, The Michael J. Fox Foundation; its affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers, and employees; and all sponsoring businesses and organizations, their agents, and employees; from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of my participation in this event and related activities, whether it results from the negligence of any of the above or from any other cause.

I authorize The Michael J. Fox Foundation to take and use photographs and/or videos of me during the event, for publicity, promotion, and/or for use in The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s future media related needs.
