At The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF) and within the Aligning Science Across Parkinson’s (ASAP) Initiative, it is our belief that open access to shared resources will speed research and accelerate development of new therapies and potential cures for Parkinson’s disease. To this end, preclinical research tools and models generated within ASAP-funded projects should be shared with the research community at large.
To facilitate the sharing of ASAP-funded research tools/models, ASAP investigators can take advantage of the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program. Within the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program, MJFF covers the cost and serves as the coordinator for the transfer of your tool/model to our repository partner. The depositing investigator and their institution retain all rights to the tool and can continue using/sharing the tool as they desire.
To take advantage of this service, please complete the following form for each ASAP-funded tool/model that you are interested in sharing through the MJFF Sponsored Tools Program.
