Swimming through the cold, choppy ocean then biking 18 hilly miles and finishing with an 8 mile run—part of which is on sand—is all par for the course when it comes to escaping from Alcatraz. So Michael Thomas had his work cut out for him when participating in San Francisco’s Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon on June 10 with the rest of the Team Fox triathletes!  He had a great race and has raised over $3,400 for Parkinson’s research.  Go Mike!
