Earlier this week MJFF Senior Vice President of Research Partnerships Sohini Chowdhury spoke to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues on the vital need for the patient voice in discussions around research ethics.
In particular, Sohini discussed the Foundationís experience in considerations around genetic testing for Parkinsonís and around asking patients to share personal and medical information through online platforms.
