FOX FOTO FRIDAY: Partying Like a Fox

Partying Like a Fox. The Team Fox Young Professionals of Chicago gathered for a celebratory photo as their most recent event was in full swing.

The Team Fox Young Professionals of Chicago have raised the bar yet again. On June 7th their second annual ‘Party Like a Fox’ event raised more than $50,000 (and counting) for Parkinson’s disease research. In less than two years since the group was founded, the Chicago YPs have raised an astonishing $100,000 for Team Fox through various social events in the Chicago area.

This year’s ‘Party Like a Fox’ featured tastings from some of Chicago’s best new restaurants, an array of truly incredible silent auction items, and late night dancing, all set against the back drop of Chicago’s iconic skyline.

Dr. Jeffrey Kordower, a member of The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Scientific Advisory Board was in attendance. He spoke to the guests about some of the cutting-edge Parkinson’s research being performed in the Chicago area and gave perspective on the impact that Team Fox fundraising can have on the scientific landscape.

With two successful ‘Party Like a Fox’ events in the books and $100,000 raised, it’s exciting to think what the Chicago Young Professionals will do next year.
