It was a total coincidence that two Team Fox members – Paula Toivanen of Helsinki, Finland and Mark Gherty of Hudson, Wisconsin – participated in two different cross country ski events on the same day two continents apart. Paula competed in the Finlandia 50K cross country ski race on Saturday, February 23 – her first Team Fox event! On the same day, Mark skied in the American Birkebeiner cross country ski marathon – his 25th! – and sixth for Team Fox.
