The countdown to Tour de Fox is officially on. And no one is feeling the burn more than our resident endurance athlete Sam Fox (no relation to Michael), who’s eating more than 5,000 calories a day and putting in 40 miles at the gym daily to prepare for this physical cross-country journey to unite and inspire the Parkinson’s community, and to raise $1 million for research.

Inspired by Sam? Donate to Tour de Fox today and your donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar with 100% of every penny going straight to Parkinson’s research programs.

Once on Tour, Sam will be biking and climbing on average between 6-12 hours daily for 103 days — making stops in each of the lower 48 states to climb their highest peaks. Check out the Tour de Fox infographic below to learn more about the route, Sam’s training and how you can part of it.

Share the infographic with friends and family and help spread the word of Tour de Fox far and wide. If you haven’t already, sign up at www.tourdefox.org and join the Tour by participating in one of 52 climbs or rides with Sam this summer.
