Michael J. Fox has been selected by Scientific American as one of “The Worldview 100” — visionaries who continue to reshape biotechnology, and the world.

“The Worldview 100” names 100 of the biotech industry’s leaders who provide fundamental insights into biological processes, and those who create the biology-based goods and services driving biotechnology. The list also recognizes business experts who’ve had the foresight to invest in this high-risk sector and the entrepreneurs who’ve implemented business strategies that made those investments pay off.

The list was developed and finalized in several steps from December 2014 – March 2015, which involved nominations from leaders in biotech and bioscience. The final list of 100 leaders, including Michael, was narrowed down from nearly 400 nominees.
