On Sunday March 9, the Team Fox Young Professionals (YPs) of Boston hosted their first event of the year—Pins for Parkinson’s—which brought together over 100 members of the Boston community for an afternoon in support of Team Fox.

The bowling extravaganza was held at Kings Boston, a local staple, and was made all the more enjoyable thanks to the creative team names and themed costumes. Highlights included Team “I Came In Like a Bowling Ball” (paying homage to Miley Cyrus’ recent hit single) and the coordinated costumes of Team "Fox in Sox” who truly dressed the part!

In addition to bowling two rounds, guests also had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of delicious food and drink while bidding on exciting raffle items such as a bottle of Whistle Pig Whiskey and a round of 18 holes at Eastward Ho! Country Club. Generously supported by sponsors including Gosling’s Rum and Uber, the event raised over $10,000 for Team Fox.

The group was also excited to welcome members of the Parkinson’s community who reiterated that events such as these, held in support of Parkinson’s research, “give them hope”.
