On Sunday, August 24, music aficionados from around the Tri-State area will gather for a family-friendly afternoon of jazz in support of Team Fox. Co-hosted by Bruce Lundvall, Blue Note Records Chairman Emeritus, the Sunrise Senior Living Jazz Festival features an exciting array of renowned artists including Norah Jones, Ravi Coltrane, Dianne Reeves, Chucho Valdes, Joe Lovano and many more!

Credited with discovering and cultivating the talents of best-selling artists such as Norah Jones, Willie Nelson, James Taylor and Herbie Hancock, among others, Bruce's long-lasting  impact on Jazz, as a genre, remains a celebrated contribution within the music industry.

And now, following a recent Parkinson's diagnosis, Bruce's continued passion for jazz is being channeled into a unique opportunity to raise awareness and support for a cause that has hit very close to home. “Throughout my decades-long career, I’ve gotten the most satisfaction out of helping artists’ careers flourish so that music can be enjoyed by many audiences. My love for jazz has not waned, and despite having Parkinson’s, I’ll continue to find ways for people to enjoy amazing music,” said Lundvall. “Having this unique event, with Sunrise Senior Living’s help, gives new meaning to my passion and I’m grateful ticket sales will benefit a deeply personal, important cause – Parkinson’s research.”

Interested in attending? The festival will take place from 2-8PM at Brighton Gardens of Saddle River in Northern New Jersey. Limited tickets are currently available for purchase with VIP options offering front row seating, a meet and greet with musicians and an autographed copy of Bruce’s biography, Bruce Lundvall: Playing by Ear. All tickets include complimentary cocktails and tapas.
