Nadav Navon, PhD, has served as vice president of research and development (R&D) of Intec Pharma since 2008. Before joining Intec, he headed the analytical and quality assurance operations at Sharon Laboratories Ltd., a chemical company developing and manufacturing raw materials for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Prior to that, Dr. Navon led number of R&D projects in the Negev Nuclear Research Center. Dr. Navon wrote five scientific papers, was co-author in five others and submitted several patent applications as chief inventor. Dr. Navon has a PhD in inorganic and analytical chemistry and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
