Marcie Glicksman, PhD, is assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and co-director of the Laboratory of Drug Discovery in Neurodegeneration (LDDN) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Glicksman is trained as a cell biologist, biochemist and neuroscientist and has spent her professional career in drug discovery doing assay development, screening, and pre-clinical pharmacology, first for 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry and currently for eight years at the LDDN.
