Dr. De Vries is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Neurology at Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre in the Netherlands. She received her PhD in the field of physical activity, mobility and physiotherapy in geriatrics, including frail elderly with multiple conditions such as Parkinson's disease and cognitive decline.

Her present research mainly focuses on bringing medical treatment close to patients' homes with technology and on the multidisciplinary treatment and case management in Parkinson's disease.
