Lana Chahine, MD, is an assistant professor of neurology at the University of Pittsburgh since 2017. Her research interests include epidemiology and clinical/biomarker characterization of Parkinsonís disease and its prodrome, sleep abnormalities in Parkinsonís and prodromal Parkinsonís, and design and implementation of clinical trials for individuals with Parkinsonís and related disorders. Dr. Chahine earned her medical degree at the American University of Beirut and completed a neurology residency at Cleveland Clinic, where she was neurology co-chief resident. She then received sub-specialty training during a two-year movement disorders fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2014, she completed a masterís degree in clinical epidemiology.
