PPMI Smell Survey

The majority of people with Parkinson's experience smell loss, a little-noticed symptom that can occur years before the onset of motor symptoms or a PD diagnosis. Though most people with reduced sense of smell will not develop Parkinson's, PPMI is investigating the connection between this symptom and progression of the disease.

By completing this form, you agree to allow the PPMI Study Team at the Institute of Neurodegenerative Disorders, an official collaborator of The Michael J. Fox Foundation, to collect your information and contact you regarding this study or other related studies.

If you qualify, you will receive a study packet within the next several weeks delivered by mail. Please contact us by calling 1-877-525-PPMI (7764) or by emailing should you have any questions regarding this survey.
