Research Partnerships Officer (Project Management)

The Research Partnerships Officer position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, highly organized project manager to support MJFFís efforts to develop and sponsor a new study focused on identifying a large cohort of individuals at increased risk for Parkinsonís and assessing risk over time. While the Research Partnerships Officer will work primarily on supporting the development of this new initiative, it is expected that this position will also afford opportunities to improve project & grants management efficiencies on other MJFF sponsored studies, such as the Parkinsonís Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) and Fox Insight. This position will report to the Director of Research Partnerships.

 

Advancement Officer

Working as a member of a dynamic, fast-paced team, the Advancement Officer will be responsible for building and strengthening the Foundationís presence through fundraising and community engagement efforts in the Midwest Territory. This position will report to the Lead for their assigned territory, representing the Foundation as an on-the-ground ambassador when appropriate.

 

Adobe Analytics Developer

This position will support our efforts to understand and optimize the fundraising and programmatic impact of marketing campaigns, while also contributing strategically to long-term projects (new website rebuild, marketing attribution). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of extensive experience in Adobe Analytics implementation, utilizing DTM or Launch, and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Superior communication, collaboration, and project management skills are critical to success.

 

Associate Director, Development Communications

The Foundation is seeking a seasoned communications professional for its open Associate Director, Development Communications position. This is a rich and challenging opportunity for a versatile writer/editor and exceptional project manager who will share primary responsibility for producing (conceptualizing, writing, editing, art-directing) fresh and vibrant donor-facing content (and prospective-donor-facing content) across digital and print channels. This is a role for a proactive and unflappable fundraising communications professional who works well individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Candidates should be prepared to speak to the results their content has generated in fundraising campaigns, and to furnish samples of persuasive, clearly written and beautifully designed materials, capturing a range of authorial voices and tones.

 

Senior Associate Director, Stewardship Tools and Processes

This operations role focuses on designing and implementing programs and process improvements that reduce the non-value-added work for the MJFF Development team and provides individuals in that role with insights and services that improve both the time spent with donors and the effectiveness of their interactions. Some travel may be required.

Accounts Payable Specialist

The accounts payable specialist will work cross functionally to manage the accounts payable function.The accounts payable specialist will also be responsible for process improvement and creating greater efficiency within accounts payable.

 

Associate Director, Grassroots Engagement

The Associate Director, Grassroots Engagement is responsible for outreach to, engagement with, and training of volunteer advocates to increase MJFFís capacity for grassroots advocacy, strategically engage individuals and their families affected by Parkinsonís disease, and grow meaningful interactions with public officials and staff.

 

Associate Director, Research Programs

The Associate Director, Research Programs, plays a key role in executing the MJFF research agenda. With an understanding of key concepts in biomedical research and/or drug development, the Associate Director will play a major role in ensuring that the PD research community have timely access to the most innovative research tools including reagents and pre-clinical models, to understand the cause and mechanisms underlying Parkinson's disease and to develop effective treatments. The primary responsibilities of this position include project management of the development of these tools by collaborators, researchers/grantees and other partners to meet goals of the priority research areas of MJFF.
