A host of the show and member of the MJFF Board of Directors, Akbar Gbajabiamila, discusses his role in the Parkinson's community. Watch the short film below about Jimmy's empowering story.

Later in our hour, our on-staff movement disorder specialist and a Parkinson's physical therapist discuss why exercise is good for treating PD, what exercises can help ease certain symptoms and how to get started with an exercise regimen.
