Her content has reached more than 50 million people in the first year. She regularly hosts live interviews with well-known voices in the Parkinson’s and brain health communities who share important information about prevention, as well as tips and ideas for living a full life. She chronicles her journey in her blog, sharing a realistic and often humorous look at living with Parkinson’s.

She is a graduate of Northwestern University and active member of the Arlington, VA community where she lives with her husband Mike and their two teenage children.
