This position manages a curated portfolio of high-level major gift donors, managing the overall strategy, planning, execution and delivery of bespoke donor engagement plans that support their portfolio strategy and revenue goals.

This position is a key support to the Development business unit, supporting the uptake and improvement of donor information in Salesforce, the Foundation’s CRM

This role serves as a key strategist and communicator on the Development team, responsible for executing stewardship initiatives and creating donor-focused content that inspires philanthropic support and deepens donor engagement.

This role designs, delivers and executes impactful learning programs while serving as a trusted HR partner to key business units.

This position sits at the nexus of fundraising, research, policy and other Foundation initiatives, and leads proactive and responsive media relations mapped to a wide range of business goals, budgets and timelines.

This role is responsible for managing department-specific and cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high quality.
