Team Fox member Nancy Mulhearn always says she wants to be known for throwing great parties -- not for her Parkinson's disease. Based on the turnout at her third Team Fox gala on March 22, her festive reputation will remain intact.
The shindig brought in more than 200 guests and at least $25,000 for Parkinson's disease research. Guests dined, danced and even played a little bit of golf inside the Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, NJ.
Before the event, Nancy said she was excited that others with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease would be able to make it out to the event. "I am thrilled many young friends with Parkinson’s will be attending," she said. "Raising awareness that PD is not just your grandparent’s illness is important."
