Care & Career Slides
A Family Care Stipend Program for the T2T network will support the retention and growth of graduate students, early-career researchers, and other neuroscience professionals by helping offset rising family care costs. By providing up to $10,000 per household, the program aims to sustain a diverse, robust scientific workforce essential to advancing research and accelerating progress toward a cure for Parkinson’s disease.

Target Explorer
The Target Explorer web tool is an interactive platform that allows researchers and collaborators to review curated profiles of therapeutic targets identified by the T2T Initiative, including key biological data, available research tools, evidence gaps, and evolving validation plans.
-
Target Nominations
Key to success of T2T is the opportunity to leverage the full expertise of our scientific community to inform our efforts related to these targets, whether as a grantee, advisor or collaborator on a target validation team.
While we have started with a shortlist of targets, we continue to gather input on additional targets from experts working on them. To contribute to future target prioritization, we invite you to nominate targets to be validated next.

T2T Tools
This document provides a high-level landscape analysis of commercially available research tools for targets within the T2T Initiative, covering 2025 targets (TMEM175, TRPML1, ATP13A2, NOD2, OGA) and 2026 targets under evaluation (STING1, TLR2, TREM2, GPNMB, VPS35, CTSB, BECN1, GBAP1). The analysis compiles information on antibodies, mouse models, cell lines, viral vectors, assays, and compounds from major commercial catalogs and databases.
-
MJFF Research Tools
The MJFF Research Tools Program works with the research community to understand the gaps in the research tool space, develop and distribute reagents and models to fill these gaps, and better understand the characteristics of available research tools.
-
Code of Conduct
As this meeting will be CDA-free, we requested that all attendees sign the T2T Code of Conduct. This document is agreed upon by all members of the T2T working groups to establish a common understanding of the exchange of information shared during T2T activities, freedom to operate on the targets, and mutual respect between members.
We value your feedback to help us improve future events. Please share your thoughts on the meeting logistics, scientific content, and any suggestions you may have by completing this brief two-minute 2026 T2T Annual Meeting Feedback Survey
