Kat McCarrick

Associate Director • Communications

As an Associate Director, Communications, Kat is responsible for producing tailored communications to expand donor engagement and connect with a broad range of audiences. She works closely with the Marketing and Development teams to shape communications strategy around content and correspondence that focuses on the Parkinson’s community and supports Foundation programs to speed a cure.

Prior to joining the Foundation in August 2014, Kat worked at a start-up fitness brand in New York City, specializing in multimedia content creation.

Kat graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in English and a concentration in creative writing. At Colby, she was a two-sport varsity athlete on the women’s soccer and lacrosse teams.
