Pamela Mirels

Pamela Mirels is a health-tech executive with a passion for scaling mission-driven startups. She currently serves as Head of Strategy & Growth for Patiently, spearheading the expansion of AI-driven conversational agents in health clinics across North America and Europe. Her past roles include COO of Sollis Health, COO of Speakable (acquired by NationBuilder) and CEO of CultureHorde (acquired by Ivy.com). She started her career at CEB (acquired by Gartner), working as a Research Analyst and becoming the company’s Chief of Staff.
Pamela currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
Pamela holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Cornell University, magna cum laude. She lives in New York with her husband and children.
