Richard J. Schnall joined the Board of Directors of The Michael J. Fox Foundation in 2013.
Mr. Schnall has been with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC for 26 years and is a member of the Investment and Executive committees. He leads the Firm’s technology and financial services verticals and chairs the healthcare vertical, which he launched in 2003. Mr. Schnall has played an active role in the Firm’s investments across those sectors, including serving on the boards of many of the Firm’s current portfolio companies. Previously, he worked in the investment banking divisions of Smith Barney & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Mr. Schnall is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
