We take our responsibility to our donors seriously. We're proud that since inception, 89 cents of every dollar we spend goes straight to grants and initiatives to speed a cure for Parkinson's disease. Our annual reports demonstrate this fiscal responsibility as well as the efficiency and urgency we apply to funding the most promising research for a cure.
The 2015 Annual Report details the passion behind our purpose, the collaboration that fuels our partnerships and our progress toward a world without Parkinson's. Thanks to the generosity of our community, MJFF funded $87.8 million in research programs in 2015.
A Note from Michael
"In 2015, your partnership — and that of patients, families, researchers and clinicians throughout the Parkinson's community — helped us accelerate momentum in the field in new and invigorating ways. We still have much to do, but your friendship continues to move us toward a cure. Thank you for sharing our purpose and our progress."
365 Days, One Cross-country Tour and $11.5 Million Raised: An Incredible Year for Team Fox
In 2015, more than 3,300 Team Fox members collectively raised a record-breaking $11.5 million for MJFF's research programs. Friends, families, and companies created fundraisers, took on athletic challenges and activated their communities behind our cause.
During the summer of 2015, thousands from the PD community took their commitment a step further by participating in the Tour de Fox — a 103–day cycling and climbing journey across the United States and Canada. This short film tells their story.
