Dr. Auci received his PhD in pathology from Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. His postdoctoral research on regulation of allergic responses was performed in collaboration with Dr. Peter Dukor, head, Sandoz Forshungsinstut,Vienna, Austria. Dr. Auci later earned an MBA in executive management from Baruch College. Over the past 15 years, he has served as assistant professor of pathology, SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, scientific program manager at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and manager of Biomedical Laboratories for Pall Corporation. He has over 40 peer-reviewed publications and is currently director of allergy, autoimmunity and inflammation at Harbor BioSciences, in San Diego, CA.
