George Robertson is a professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Dalhousie University, Canada where he earned his BSc in Psychology in 1985 and his PhD in Pharmacology in 1989. Prior to taking his position at Dalhousie, he served as Director of Pharmacology at Merck Frosst Center for Therapeutic Research from 1998 â€" 2002 and as Associate Professor of Cellular and Molecular Medicine from 1996 to 1998. Robertson is a member of the Society for Neuroscience and the Canadian College of Neuropsychopharmacology and has served as a grant reviewer for several institutions including the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and British Columbia Health Foundation.
