Dr. Glass is the Deputy Director of the San Francisco VA Parkinson’s Disease Research, Education and Clinical Care Center (PADRECC) as well as an assistant clinical professor of neurology at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Glass received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio School of Medicine and completed his neurology residency at Tufts-New England Medical Center. He subsequently completed a fellowship in movement disorders at the Mayo Clinic. The bulk of his research is clinical in nature and topics of publication include the management of Parkinson’s disease, gait disorders, dystonia, myoclonus and multiple systems atrophy. He is active in the education of students, residents, fellows and other physicians. He sees patients at UCSF Medical center, the VA and in Anchorage Alaska where he is a visiting clinician four times per year.
