Kelly Nudelman, PhD, is an Assistant Research Professor of Medical and Molecular Genetics at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM). During her four years as a faculty member at IUSM, her research focused on the genetics and biomarkers of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, related dementias and brain injury. Nudelman is the co-lead for the Genetics and Biomarker Core of the IU Alzheimer’s Disease Center (P30) and is a co-investigator on projects studying the genetics and biomarkers of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, including the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI, U19), the National Centralized Repository for Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (NCRAD, U24), and the PPMI, LRRK2, ADB, S4, and Bionet Biorepository (MJFF). These projects have endowed Nudelman with broad experience in the genetics of neurodegenerative diseases.
