Lane Viana Krejcová is a professor at the Federal University of Pará, coordinator of the research group in applied neurosciences and the Parkinson's Research and Extension group. She has a degree in physical education from the Federal University of Pará (2003), as well as a master's in neuroscience and cell biology (2006) and a PhD in neuroscience and cell biology (2014). In addition, she spent a sandwich period at Charles University (Institute of Experimental Medicine) in Prague, Czech Republic. She has scientific experience in the field of neuroanatomy, electrophysiology and animal behavior, chronic neurodegenerative diseases, aging, perinatal nutritional changes and physical exercise, with an emphasis on dance.
