Dr. Joseph is Director of Pharmacology at Calibr, a division of Scripps Research. He has 18 years of experience in small molecule and biotherapeutic drug discovery and development with strong background and expertise in neurodegenerative disease. He has led multi-disciplinary global teams for advancing drugs from concept to Phase 1 clinical trials at Novartis, Genentech and Calibr. Dr. Joseph was responsible for the IND-enabling activities resulting in successful clinical entry of five small molecules and two biotherapeutics.
