Yuka Atagi Martens, PhD

Dr. Martens is an accomplished neuroscientist with nearly two decades of experience in molecular neuroscience, neurodegeneration, and neuroinflammation. Her work spans aging, Alzheimer’s disease, synucleinopathies, and related dementias, advancing therapeutic approaches and translational biomarkers. She is a member of senior leadership at SciNeuro, where she leads efforts to translate cutting-edge science into therapeutic innovation. As Principal Investigator, she brings deep expertise in neurodegenerative disease biology with proven leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
