Diagnosed with PD in 2021, Curtis Milner is a trial lawyer who has represented clients from all walks of life, around the world.

Curtis Miner is a trial lawyer who has tried dozens of cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts. His diverse practice has included everything from defending companies and individuals in government investigations to advising businesses in high-stakes litigation to representing individuals and families who have suffered tragic losses. His clients have included entrepreneurs and businesses, both large and small, and individuals from all walks of life around the world – ranging from ordinary citizens to executives to political figures and celebrities. One of the through lines of his law practice has been to help good people when bad things happen.

Earlier in his legal career, Curt spent five years as a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Florida, where he handled major crimes, national security, and public corruption cases. He graduated from Yale University and went to Harvard Law School. He has been inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers and into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Curt was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2021.

In his leisure time, Curt enjoys adventurous travel and endurance sports and has several alpine summits on his resume, with more planned, as well as a finish in the 2024 Ironman Triathlon World Championships on the Big Island of Hawaii.
