  • Donor Services Coordinator

    This role will provide key in-house customer service and support to the Foundation’s Significant Gifts, Community Fundraising, and Mass Market fundraising teams and their constituents. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn about donor service operations.

  • Senior Associate Director, Advancement

    Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Senior Associate Director of Advancement will play a critical role in driving the fundraising strategy and serve as Development quarterback in the Northeast regional territory. On a day-to-day basis, the SAD, Advancement will be an active frontline fundraiser; they will oversee a portfolio of major and principal gift donors and will manage a team of two direct reports. 

  • Prospecting Officer

    The Stewardship and Prospecting team contribute to the Significant Giving program which sits within the larger Development team. Team members will work to identify new and existing capacity donors for engagement, stewardship, and solicitation across Development with a focus on potential major gift and principal gift funders. Advancement and Stewardship team members manage key Foundation relationships and are experts at articulating a clear and compelling case for philanthropic support for MJFF and its vital role in helping propel Parkinson's research forward.

Marketing & Communications

  • Associate Director, Marketing Strategy

    The Associate Director of Marketing will develop and manage digital and non-digital marketing and fundraising activities to meet revenue goals for business owners across the Foundation. This will include collaborating with colleagues within the Marcomms team and across the organization to create and implement promotional plans that grow our audience, drive fundraising efforts and inspire prospects and donors to support the Foundation’s mission.

  • Marketing Officer

    The Marketing Officer plans and executes tactics to reach target audiences – directing people to learn more about the importance of participating in research – while working with team members to ensure cohesion across channels. The Marketing Officer leverages MJFF’s resources to promote enrollment in clinical research studies, writing tailored messaging and deploying content on various platforms to elevate this call to action. Additional responsibilities include promoting educational virtual/in-person events and policy/advocacy opportunities.

  • Marketing Officer

    The Marketing Officer will originate a role designed to provide broad support to a large and high-functioning marketing team divided into strategy and operations groups. This is an opportunity for a versatile, early-career generalist willing to provide support on a wide range of digital and traditional marketing tasks in order to gain fluency and experience in marketing and communications as a whole. 

  • Associate Director, Marketing Analytics

    This role will work closely across Foundation’s programmatic teams to provide business intelligence support and advance the foundation’s ability to execute data-driven marketing campaigns through continuously improving understanding of audience behavior and response. Additionally, the AD will take ownership of the data pipeline and be responsible for managing the integration between the BI systems and Salesforce and implementing data process improvements across marketing and Foundation stakeholder teams.

  • Research Cohorts Officer

    The Research Cohorts Officer position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, highly organized project manager.   This position will support the development and execution of projects that support our sponsored cohorts, with a particular focus on supporting global clinical research sites and the recruitment & retention of study participants. The Officer will report to the Associate Director, Research Cohorts, though it is expected that this position will afford opportunities to work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external leadership across projects.

Research Programs

  • Program Officer

    This Program Officer (The Officer) position is focused on supporting the business process of the foundation’s funding portfolios by playing a unique role on the Research Programs team, defining and delivering strategic and tactical project management expertise. The Officer oversees and manages a portfolio of grants, ranging from one-year to multi-year projects, with individual researchers and investigators, universities, private-public partnerships, and multi-partner consortia. The Officer partners closely with the scientific staff to align delivery of scientific goals and business management procedures. The Officer acts as a primary liaison between external grantee partners and MJFF business partners.
