    The Senior Project Manager (Marketing) is responsible for planning and overseeing programs and projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget while meeting business requirements. As a liaison between business owners and project teams, the Director standardizes workflows to collect key pieces of information to scope projects, aggregate data into digestible information, connect dots, track progress, and ultimately deliver results.

  • Associate Director, Marketing Analytics

    This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end reporting, vendor relationships and analytics platforms supporting broad marketing efforts and efficacy in driving programmatic and fundraising results. This role will work closely with the Research Cohorts/Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Public Policy and other department teams to provide business intelligence support and advance the foundation’s ability to execute data-driven marketing campaigns through continuously improving understanding of audience behavior and response. 


  • Associate Director, Marketing Strategy

    The Associate Director of Marketing will develop and manage digital and non-digital marketing and fundraising activities to meet revenue goals for business owners across the Foundation. This will include collaborating with colleagues within the Marcomms team and across the organization to create and implement promotional plans that grow our audience, drive fundraising efforts and inspire prospects and donors to support the Foundation’s mission.

  • Marketing Officer

    The Marketing Officer plans and executes tactics to reach target audiences – directing people to learn more about the importance of participating in research – while working with team members to ensure cohesion across channels. The Marketing Officer leverages MJFF’s resources to promote enrollment in clinical research studies, writing tailored messaging and deploying content on various platforms to elevate this call to action. Additional responsibilities include promoting educational virtual/in-person events and policy/advocacy opportunities.

Research Partnerships

  • Associate Director, Research Partnerships

    As an Associate Director, Research Partnerships, you will collaborate with internal teams across departments, Parkinson’s researchers, CROs, and patient advisors to ensure patients are engaged in the process of research and therapeutic development, elevating their voice as equal partners in the process. As part of your role, you will help evolve MJFF’s best practices to meet the demands of a changing research landscape, consult with biopharma partners to accelerate their study enrollment and operationalize innovative pilot programs. 

  • Business Analytics Associate

    The Business Analytics Associate will play an integral role in scaling MJFF’s programs aimed at facilitating an effective clinical trial ecosystem for Parkinson’s. You will work in a multi-project, cross-functional capacity and will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development and execution of multiple MJFF projects related to research engagement.


  • Data Program Officer

    This position will be accountable for supporting projects related to Data Partnerships’ strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale the Foundation’s sponsored research by increasing its usability and interoperability, as well as building our community of contributing data scientists. You will be part of the effort to democratize research cohort data and analytics by shepherding funds to grantees to accelerate critical analyses.

  • Grants Assistant

    Working closely with Program Officers and Scientific Leads, the Grants Assistant provides grant administration support within a given portfolio. It is a fast-paced position and one that requires you be meticulous, organized, flexible, and willing to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position must ensure that the activities are well coordinated across the team, other departments, and external stakeholders.
