  • Research Partnerships Project Manager (Sponsored Studies)

    The Research Partnerships Officer position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, highly organized project manager to support the Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI), MJFF’s landmark natural history study focused on validating biomarkers of Parkinson’s progression to support clinical trials.

  • Advancement Officer

    Working as a member of a dynamic, fast-paced team, the Advancement Officer will be responsible for building and strengthening the Foundation’s presence through fundraising and community engagement efforts. This position will report to the Lead for their assigned territory, representing the Foundation as an on-the-ground ambassador when appropriate.

  • Associate Director, Research Engagement Communications

    This position will develop communications strategies and write and edit content that supports recruitment and retention for our sponsored studies. It will also be responsible for communications that convey the objectives of our robust patient education programs and advocacy efforts

  • Associate Director, Research Partnerships

    The Associate Director position will primarily support the Fox Insight study, MJFF’s landmark online longitudinal study collecting patient-reported data about health-related experiences from volunteers with and without PD.

  • Business Analyst (Project Manager)

    This role will work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders to seamlessly translate organizational strategic research engagement and fundraising goals into actionable tactical plans for the marketing and digital strategy teams.

  • Associate Director, Team Fox

    The Associate Director, Team Fox will help actively manage a portfolio of events, create a stewardship plan for constituents, work across departments to deepen engagement opportunities, and track forecasting and revenue. Located in Midtown Manhattan, MJFF is an international organization with a national funding base.

  • Program Associate, Research Operations (two positions available)

    This Program Associate position is focused on supporting the business process of the foundation’s funding portfolios by playing a unique role on the Research Programs team, defining and delivering strategic and tactical project management expertise.

  • MBA Summer Strategy Fellowship

    The MBA Summer Strategy Fellow will work directly with the SVP Strategy, Finance & Operations and the Director, Strategy and Operations to expand and coordinate strategic planning efforts across MJFF.

  • Coordinator, Stewardship Tools & Processes

    A strong DORA team drives revenue growth by reducing the time relationship managers spend on various administrative tasks, speeding up the stewardship process, and improving the experience for the donor. This role focuses on supporting general DORA team operations, new program implementation, and process improvements.

  • Data Product Manager

    As a Data Product Manager, you will focus on democratizing cohort data and analytics to the broader research community. You will help envision, design, scope, manage, and deliver impactful data-related assets/products at scale.

  • Marketing Associate, Annual Giving

    This individual is responsible for the creation and implementation of MJFF’s marketing strategies in support of cross departmental priorities.

  • Marketing Associate (Audience Development/Engagement)

    This individual plays a key role in helping the Foundation acquire, engage and retain our audience. This function includes but is not limited to the following: developing social strategies to help meet Marketing goals, executing and optimizing campaigns, managing related budgets, proactively advising team of progress, reporting and sharing insights across stakeholder teams and more.

  • Development Associate, Principal Gifts & Revenue Strategy

    The Development Associate, Principal Gifts & Revenue Strategy is on a team that contributes to the success of the Principal Giving portfolio by providing operational support to the Co-Founder, CEO, and senior leadership. This candidate will also contribute to the revenue strategy function which enhances visibility into revenue line performance and enables efficient allocation of resources.

  • Associate Director, Annual Giving

    The Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for the creation and implementation of MJFF’s marketing strategies in support of cross departmental priorities.

  • Grants Assistant, Research Programs

    As a Grants Assistant on the Research Programs team, you will be providing support to the Program Officers team in the management of grant-related activities. This position must ensure that the activities are well coordinated across the team, other departments, and external stakeholders.

  • Associate Director, Business Operations – Research Partnerships

    The Associate Director will work closely with internal colleagues from several teams, members of the research community, and external stakeholders as the primary business liaison for MJFF global cohort studies.

  • Associate Director, Scientist, Research Programs

    The Associate Director, Scientist, Research Programs, plays a key role in executing the MJFF scientific research agenda. With an understanding of key concepts in biomedical (preferably neuroscience/neurological) research and/or drug development, the Associate Director will be responsible for managing a variety of activities critical to our mission.

  • Associate Director, Marketing Automation

    MJFF is seeking a marketing automation and email operations specialist to manage the accurate and efficient deployment of all Foundation email marketing campaigns and construct automated email series customized to audience segment.

  • Director, Content Operations

    The Director, Content Operations (a newly created position) will play an important role in driving toward organizational objectives. This experienced professional will support the Marketing and Communications teams in the development and implementation of strategic plans and activities to enhance the Foundation’s public image as a pioneering research funder, cutting-edge thought leader and philanthropy worthy of donor support.

  • Senior Associate Director, Creative Content Management

    The Senior Associate Director, Creative Content Management will be a centralized go-to for the concepting, design and production of creative assets that educate, inspire and engage Foundation stakeholders. Working in close partnership with the Foundation’s Marketing and Communications groups, the Senior Associate Director, Creative Content Management will serve as the first point of contact for creative content development serving brand marketing assets as well as content development for programmatic and fundraising initiatives.

  • Associate Director, Research Partnerships (Industry Engagement)

    As Associate Director of Research Partnerships, you will play an integral role in executing MJFF’s Industry Engagement Strategy, gaining a full understanding of our relationships with various biotech and pharmaceutical companies and continuing to build on those existing relationships to create new mechanisms for partnership. 

  • Controller and Director of Accounting

    The Controller will ensure that MJFF has the systems and procedures in place to conduct flawless audits and will work closely with leadership and staff to educate them on finance/accounting procedures and build a partnership culture. 

  • Financial Analyst

    The financial analyst will play a key role in partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders to develop and maintain financial analysis and reporting.
