Lynn Kozma, PhD

Development Director at Satoris, Inc.

Dr. Kozma earned her degrees at Cornell University (BS) and the University of Virginia (PhD).  She continued her studies in the Department of Molecular Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School with a primary interest in cellular signaling in normal and disease states.  Prior to taking her position at Satoris, she gained experience in commercial assay development for use in supporting pharmaceutical development and in the area of clinical diagnostics.  At Metabolex, Inc. of Hayward CA, she successfully participated in key pharmaceutical company collaborations, established and managed the high throughput screening lab, and led the Natural Products program.  At Cepheid of Sunnyvale CA, she led the technical team in the development of 2 diagnostic test kits, one for multi-drug resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and one for the detection of breast cancer cells in lymph node tissue.  In February of 2008, she joined Satoris as the Development Director.
