1. What time does the event start?

  • The 6 P.M. cocktail supper before the concert will be open to attendees at the Boot Scootin’ ticket level ($500) and above. For all SHOW ONLY ticket holders (YEE-HAW TICKET), doors for general admission will open at 7:30 P.M. Please pay close attention to the arrival time and what is included in your ticket or package type. An email with instructions will be sent one week in advance of the event.

 2. What type of food will be served at the cocktail supper?

  • We are thrilled to have renowned local Chef Trevor Moran from Locust Restaurant, a Nashville Favorite, curating the menu for our cocktail supper. There will not be a sit-down dinner, but there will be food stations and beverages to enjoy before heading into the concert. There will also be seating available for those who need it.

3. I purchased a Yee-Haw Ticket and would like to upgrade to attend the cocktail supper. What do I do?

  • As long as tickets are still available, you can upgrade your ticket at any point. Please keep in mind that we can SELL OUT. Boot Scootin’ tickets are available with limited availability. Get em’ before they’re gone!
  • To upgrade, please send a message to countrything@michaeljfox.org or contact Katherine Smith at 212.509.0995 x312. We will ask that you make a donation that covers the difference of the ticket. This donation can be done online or via check. All upgraded payments must be received in advance of March 29th.

4. Will there be alcohol served at the event?

  • Yes, we will have beer, wine, and other specialty beverages for attendees 21 years & older. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.

5. What is the dress code for the event?

  • The dress code for the event is country chic! No black tie necessary.

6. Where do I park?

  • Nearby Parking can be found at the South Garage (1521 Compton Avenue, Nashville, TN 37212). We will share a parking map closer to the event. 

7. When will I get my tickets?

  • Tickets will be given out on-site at the event. Upon arrival, all guests will check-in under their last name and then be handed their theater tickets. If you have any seating requests please be sure to contact countrything@michaeljfox.org in advance of the event. We will do our best to accommodate you.
