Development

  • Associate Director, Advancement (MidAtlantic)

    This position leads major gift fundraising strategies for their portfolio and oversees donor solicitation and stewardship efforts with a focus on retaining and upgrading donors.

  • Associate Director, Planned Giving

    This position works to coordinate outreach, conduct prospect research, track revenue, manage stewardship and seek additional opportunities for broader community engagement within assigned territories.

  • Director of Project Management

    This role is responsible for building the Project Management team, creating processes and project management tools and identifying and addressing procedure needs, as well as ensuring all projects are produced on time, on budget and meet the organization’s strategic objectives.

  • Officer, Community Fundraising (DIY)

    This position provides support to the broader DIY events team by managing a robust portfolio of established and up and coming events in their assigned territories.

  • Associate Director, Community Fundraising (DIY)

    This position works as a member of a dynamic, fast-paced team and leads all facets of MJFF's Team Fox DIY (Do-It-Yourself) fundraising programs across their assigned territories, managing a portfolio of annual fundraising events in the five to six figure range.

  • Senior Project Manager (Development, VIP)

    This role is the execution lead for MJFF’s top 5-10 VIP donors, supplying the implementation to relationship managers by moving VIP donor fundraising strategies into bespoke deliverables such as pitch materials, stewardship communications and update reports. 

  • Associate Director, Community Fundraising (DIY Series)

    This position leads in curating and managing a new pipeline of signature events aimed at providing turnkey engagement on the national scale and establishing baseline metrics and KPIs to track series performance.

  • Coordinator, Community Fundraising Events

    This role is integral to providing administrative and customer service support to all Community Fundraising Event programs including: Endurance, Run/Walk, Unity Walk, Tour de Fox (cycling) and DIY Series.

  • Prospecting Officer

    This position focuses on supporting development team prospecting initiatives, driving new strategic program implementation and applying process improvements.

  • Development Business & Process Specialist

    This role promotes cross-executive communication, planning, budgeting, timelining and leading process management for special projects in partnership with Development leadership including the Chief Development Officer and Department Heads.

  • Senior Data Systems Administrator

    This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform, maintaining data accuracy, conducting user training, customizing system configurations, managing security and developing reports and dashboards.

    This position is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of MJFF, guiding its financial strategy and planning while ensuring fiscal responsibility.

    This position is focused on supporting the business process of the Foundation’s funding portfolios by playing a critical role in designing and planning the operational component of programs.

  • Senior Associate Director, Discovery & Translational Research

    This role shapes and communicates a creative and solutions-focused scientific agenda within the assigned portfolio, leveraging input from the internal team and external advisors.

  • Program Officer, Research Operations

    This position focuses on supporting the business process of the Foundation’s funding portfolios by playing a critical role on the Research team, defining and delivering strategic and tactical project management expertise.
