Communications Officer
The Communications team is seeking a Communications Officer for a challenging and versatile role within the vibrant and lynchpin corporate communications group to support MJFF media relations, storytelling and brand management. On a day-to-day basis, this role will be exposed to and support all facets of the Foundation’s Communications team (including the Research/Medical, Development, Policy and Creative groups), requiring cross collaboration, excellent attention to detail and demonstrated success in juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advancement Officer

Working as a member of a dynamic, fast-paced team, the Advancement Officer will be responsible for building and strengthening the Foundation’s presence through fundraising and community engagement efforts. This position will report to the Lead for their assigned territory, representing the Foundation as an on-the-ground ambassador when appropriate.
Team Fox Officer
The position of Team Fox Officer is a unique opportunity for a dedicated, entrepreneurial, results-oriented community fundraiser to make a significant impact on our growing program within the Team Fox program. The Team Fox Officer will report to the Associate Director of Team Fox. Travel is required on weekends and this position is not conducive to telecommuting.
Associate Director, Advancement
The Associate Director, Advancement will manage and support a portfolio of donors in the specified U.S. territory, be part of a team that creates a stewardship plan for constituents, work with the territory team across development to deepen engagement opportunities, seek additional funding opportunities and track territory forecasting and revenue.
Associate Director, Research Programs
The Associate Director, Research Programs, plays a key role in executing the MJFF research agenda. With an understanding of key concepts in biomedical research and/or drug development, the Associate Director will play a major role in ensuring that the PD research community have timely access to the most innovative research tools including reagents and pre-clinical models, to understand the cause and mechanisms underlying Parkinson's disease and to develop effective treatments. The primary responsibilities of this position include project management of the development of these tools by collaborators, researchers/grantees and other partners to meet goals of the priority research areas of MJFF.
Associate Director, Research Partnerships
The Associate Director role requires a strategic thinker and team player who is excited to be hands-on in supporting aggressive goals in this field. The ideal candidate will be flexible and solutions-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and important relationships simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills are a must. An understanding of drug development and/or clinical research is not required. In fact, some of our most successful team members come from backgrounds in other industries with a strong functional skill set.
Officer, Community Events
The Community Events Officer will report to the Director, Community Events. This position plays an integral role in producing the Foundation’s two growing athletic event series – Tour de Fox (cycling) and Fox Trot 5K (walk/run) – with 10 events scheduled for 2019. The Officer will also play a role, when needed, in assisting with MJFF’s other Community Events including our series of one-day educational conferences.
Senior Associate Director, Marketing Automation & Integrations
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to oversee day-to-day emailing activities while architecting and championing new, scalable marketing automation programs. In addition to managing one direct report responsible for executing email campaigns, this inspiring digital marketer will collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Communications, CRM and Web Development) to effectively plan, automate and improve constituent journeys throughout the life cycle.
Associate Director, Marketing Automation
MJFF is seeking a marketing automation and email operations specialist to manage the accurate and efficient deployment of all Foundation email marketing campaigns and construct automated email series customized to audience segment. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Marketing Automation.
Research Partnerships Project Manager
The Research Partnerships Project Manager position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced, highly organized project manager. This position will support the development and execution of strategic research, education and training initiatives that engage partners to accelerate our research mission. The Officer will report to the Senior Associate Director of Research Partnership, though it is expected that this position will afford opportunities to work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external leadership across projects.
