Dr. Bernett Lee is a senior research scientist at the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN), A-STAR. He is currently leading the Immunoinformatics Platform in support of the research activities at SIgN. He has a diverse background, having worked in academic, information services and pharmaceutical settings. His area of expertise is in the management and analysis of heterogeneous biological data using computational methods. He has an interest in advancing the methodologies and practices used in heterogeneous data analysis to better synergize various data types. He has been involved in the setup of the hardware and software of the platform. Today the platform uses state-of-the-art computational methods to analyze the voluminous centrally managed data generated at SIgN as well as external collaborators. The platform has been very successful leading to numerous publications within SIgN and with external collaborators. He will be managing and analyzing the data generated.
