On May 14, Oklahoma artist, Tim Kenney, set out on his 50-50-50 Painting tour…that’s right, 50 Paintings, in 50 States, in 50 days! His journey began in his home state of Oklahoma and will continue around the country as he paints a 30x40 size painting on stretched canvas in each state.

Tim’s tour will  help raise funds and awareness in support of Parkinson’s disease in which a portion of proceeds from his efforts will be donated to, The Nicole Jarvis M.D. Parkinson’s Research Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping improve the quality of life for the 15,000 individuals living with Parkinson’s in the Oklahoma area.  Tim is generously donating 20% from the sale of these paintings, which could amount to $20,000 if all 50 sell! The Nicole Jarvis M.D. Foundation will allocate 90% of those funds to Team Fox in support of The Michael J. Fox Foundation and 10% will remain in the local Foundation to further its mission. 

Tim first met Nicole in 2012 when she was planning her own Team Fox event, the Nicole Jarvis Winter Gala for Parkinson’s Disease Research, in which she raised an astounding $115,000. In 2013, Nicole’s second gala surpassed her inaugural success by raising $160,000 for Team Fox!
